Request deletion by email
Email us to delete all of your data, or only some of it while keeping your account. Send it from, or include, the email address you use for NourishNest and tell us what to remove.

You can also use the support form and choose “Privacy request” or “Account or deletion”. We aim to complete email requests within 30 days.
Delete it yourself, straight away
- Food, drink and caffeine entries: use the menu next to each entry and choose Delete.
- Water entries: delete them on the Water page.
- Assistant conversation: use “Clear conversation” on the Assistant page.
- Cycle details: use Remove on the Cycle page.
- Everything, including your sign-in: open My Profile and use Delete my account. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is kept
Deletions made in the app take effect immediately. After account deletion we keep only an unreadable trial fingerprint used to prevent repeat free trials. Billing and tax records that the law requires are held by our payment provider, Paddle, not by us. Shared food and recipe information stays available to everyone else.
