NourishNest is operated by Josie LLC, the seller of the NourishNest service. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Email glowgoddess.oders@hotmail.com with the email address on your NourishNest account and we will help with billing, refund and cancellation questions.
Subscription and automatic renewal
NourishNest Premium is $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, listed in US dollars. Your local currency and any sales tax or VAT are shown in checkout before you pay. The plan renews automatically — monthly or annually — until you cancel.
Free trial
Eligible new accounts can start one 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial finishes.
Refund period
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of a monthly charge, or within 30 days of an annual charge.
Who processes payments and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle collects payment, charges any applicable tax, issues your receipt or invoice, and processes approved refunds.
How to request a refund
Use the billing portal linked from My Profile → Subscription, reply to the receipt email sent by our payment provider, or email us at glowgoddess.oders@hotmail.com. You can also contact support from inside the app.
Cancelling and refunds are different
Cancelling stops future renewals. A refund returns money already charged. Asking for one does not automatically do the other, so tell us if you want both.
Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live. Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and none of your food logs, pregnancy information, recipes or preferences are deleted when a subscription ends.
