What is stored
Your account email, your profile details (life stage, pregnancy dating, height and weight if you enter them), the foods, meals, recipes, groceries and supplements you log, your food preferences, your saved assistant conversation, and a record of the agreements you have accepted.
Who can see it
Only you. Every table in NourishNest is protected so that records can only be read or changed by the account that created them. Nothing you log is shared with other users, and nothing is sold.
How your information is used
To calculate your nutrient totals, show your pregnancy week, suggest foods and recipes, and answer your questions in the assistant. Photos of labels or menus you upload are sent to an AI service only to read the numbers on them, and the values are shown back to you to correct before anything is saved.
Removing your information
You can delete individual logged items at any time from the menu next to each entry, and clear your assistant conversation from the assistant page. To remove your whole account and everything in it, contact us from the Help page.
Health information
NourishNest is a personal tracking and education tool. It is not a medical record system, it does not diagnose, and it does not share information with your healthcare professional.
Changes to this policy
If this policy materially changes, you will be shown the new version and asked to acknowledge it before continuing. Your acknowledgement is stored with the version and date.
